Born in Bari in 1970, he graduates from Politecnico di BARI in Mech Eng in 1994 cum Laude (first of his cohort), and receives the PhD (“dottorato”) at Politecnico di BARI in 1997, spending from March ‘96 to Aug.’97 at University of Oxford under Prof. DA Hills.
